Returns & Refund Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully.
The Belle of the Ball refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, Belle of the Ball can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
I want you to love your jewellery, and take great care to ensure each piece is crafted to a high standard. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please read the following carefully.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, Belle of the Ball cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, whether worn or unworn, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 1 day of delivery via info@belleoftheballjewellery.com including clear photos and your order number.
The issue will be assessed and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
In such cases, the customer is responsible for returning the item via a tracked postal service, and the cost of postage will be covered by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or faulty. In this case, please send photographic proof within 24hrs of arrival. The issue will be assessed and, where applicable, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
General Conditions for Returns
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
You must obtain proof of postage when returning an item.
Belle of the Ball is not responsible for items lost in transit. I recommend using a tracked service to return items.
Once the item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact us at info@belleoftheballjewellery.com.
Sale items
Sale items can be exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective, and can be exchanged in the same way as standard priced items.
Exchanges
Items are only exchanged if they are defective or damaged. If your delivery arrives damaged, take a photo on the day of arrival and email it to info@belleoftheballjewellery.com and you will be emailed the return address so you can send the item back and once it is returned, a new one will be shipped to you.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should email us and a return shipping address will be provided.Â
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is not guaranteed that your returned item will be received without a tracking number and without receiving the product, no refund can be issued.
