What free gifts are included with my order?
Each order is carefully wrapped and comes with a few thoughtful extras to make your purchase feel special. Every pair of hook or post earrings includes a pair of soft silicone earring backs for comfort and security, plus a silver resealable pouch to help protect and store your jewellery.
To say thank you, you’ll also receive a small surprise gift tucked in with every order as a little token of appreciation from the studio 🪩✨
Do you offer privacy packaging for surprise gifts or gift messaging?
Yes! If your order is a gift, the outer packaging will be plain and unbranded. Please ask for privacy packaging in the order notes in the checkout. ou can also include a short complimentary message (up to 15 words) written in metallic gold or silver pen with a colour chosen at random.
How can I add a gift message to my order?
You can add a personal message in the Gift Message box at checkout.
Simply tick the “Add a gift message” option in your basket or on the checkout page, then type your message in the text field provided. Your note will be included with your order at no extra cost.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! This is an online-only business based in the UK. All orders are processed and shipped securely from the studio.
Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom, using safe and reliable postal services with tracking options available. Please see more on the Shipping and Delivery Page
Can I return or exchange earrings?
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for earrings they are faulty or damaged on arrival. Please see the Returns Policy for details.
Do you make custom or upcycled jewellery?
Yes! I love creating custom pieces, whether that’s upcycling old jewellery into something new or designing a whimsical or sentimental piece from scratch.
You can fill out the Contact Form with details of what you’re looking for, and together we can discuss design ideas, materials, and pricing before any work begins.
How much do custom pieces cost?
The initial consultation is free – fill out the contact form with the design idea you are looking for and I will get in touch shortly. Prices vary depending on the design, materials, and time involved. Once your request is received, the details will be reviewed and a personalised quote will be provided before work starts.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days and shippings times can be found on the Shipping and Delivery page. Belle of the Ball offers Royal Mail First Class and Tracked Delivery options. Please note, not all postage options come with tracking.
Custom orders will take longer depending on complexity – an estimated completion time will be provided when your designs are confirmed.
How will my jewellery be packaged?
All items are beautifully packaged and securely wrapped to ensure safe delivery. Perfect for gifting (or treating yourself!).
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of materials depending on the design including high-quality costume jewellery components, glass and acrylic beads, metal charms, and occasionally recycled or upcycled elements.
If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please let us know before ordering.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best:
- Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.
- Clean gently with a soft cloth after wearing.
- Store in your free silver resealable pouch or wherever you safely store your jewellery

How can I track my order or request an update?
Some of the postage options include tracking, while others do not.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can view the estimated delivery times for each shipping method on the Shipping & Delivery Page
I’ve placed an order but need to change my details - what should I do?
If you need to update your order information (such as your address, contact details, or gift message), please get in touch as soon as possible using the contact form.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 days, so the sooner you contact us, the more likely we’ll be able to make the change before it’s processed.
Include your order number, name, and email address when you get in touch so your order can be located quickly.
