Create bespoke designs either based on a chosen theme or inspired by sentimental pieces. Each design is uniquely tailored to the customer’s story or inspiration. It may be possible to have a single pair of earrings or a full set depending on the customer’s needs.

Once you’ve received a quote and agreed on the price, you post your item using tracked and insured delivery. Include your ticket number and return address in the parcel.
Yes absolutely! Before committing to a repair, fill out our form, and we’ll send a link for you to upload photos. This helps us understand the condition, materials, and type of repair required. Once we’ve reviewed your images, we’ll provide an initial assessment or quote before you decide whether to go ahead. Please include photos from different angles and in good lighting to help us give you the most accurate advice possible.
